| BY the way, does anyone know of other ways to contact Sony Customer support? I tried emailing the support people in my country, with no reply. So I sent an email to UK's Sony, and they replied with: We have received your email and will reply within the next 24 hours. Today, I wake up and see they sent me an automated message telling me the email addresses for the support in every country. why would they send me that when I already contacted Cyprus' support service and got no reply?!?!
I JUST WANNA KNOW WHAT I GOT TO DO TO FIX MY CREAKING HEADSET. GODDAMNIT! |
